Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 29, 2026

By downloading, installing, or using Valor.Live ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Intended Use

Valor.Live is designed exclusively for coordinating broadcast and live production teams, primarily for churches and houses of worship. The App provides team communication, broadcast management, push-to-talk audio, equipment tracking, and scheduling features.

The App is intended solely for lawful team coordination purposes within organized broadcast and production environments. Any use of the App outside its intended function is strictly prohibited.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your PIN. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Organization administrators are responsible for managing team membership and approving new members.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the App to:

Transmit any content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
Impersonate any person or entity
Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent
Use push-to-talk or messaging features for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other organizations or accounts
Use the App for surveillance, stalking, or monitoring individuals without their knowledge and consent
Use the App for any purpose unrelated to broadcast and production team coordination

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that push-to-talk audio will function in all network environments. We do not warrant that data will not be lost.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Valor.Live, its developers, owners, affiliates, and partners shall NOT be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your use of or inability to use the App
Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein
Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App
Any misuse of the App by you or any third party
Any bugs, viruses, or errors transmitted through the App
Any content or conduct of any third party on the App
Any use of the App outside its intended function as described in Section 1
Any damages arising from push-to-talk communications, messages, or other content transmitted through the App
Any broadcast failures, missed cues, or production errors occurring during use of the App

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Valor.Live, its developers, owners, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you transmit through the App, including messages and audio communications. You are solely responsible for all content you transmit. We do not monitor, review, or store push-to-talk audio transmissions. Text messages are stored in our database for delivery purposes.

8. Organization Administrators

Organization administrators have elevated access and control over their team. Administrators are responsible for:

Approving or rejecting new member requests
Managing team roles and assignments
Ensuring appropriate use of the App within their organization
Managing subscription payments (when applicable)

Valor.Live is not responsible for the actions or decisions of organization administrators.

9. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store. All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be directed to Apple. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
